SHAREHOLDERS CONFERENCE - SHOW VISUALS
Overview
In the Spring of 2023, LEO Events once again collaborated with XiteLabs/Inter-tain Productions to create an immersive and dynamic visual experience for Walmart’s Annual Shareholders Conference and Associate Celebration Show. This year’s event was a testament to transforming the impossible into the possible, featuring photorealistic worlds, a Command Center hub, and a living, breathing Walmart store environment, all designed to accompany Walmart President and CEO Doug McMillon’s keystone presentation. As a member of the creative team at Xite, we had the privilege of contributing to the Walmart Annual conference by designing captivating stage setups. Later on, my role expanded to create stunning visuals for all the performing artists, enhancing the overall experience and leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

Our show looks encompass captivating designs and animations that grace the stage when speakers take their place. Collaborating with Vello Virkhaus, we embarked on the initial concept and design phase. Once a direction was chosen from, Kevin Aguirre skillfully added the final touches and handled all the animation work, bringing our vision to life with seamless precision.
BAND LOOKS
Following the Show Looks, our primary focus was to craft stage visuals for all the musical acts set to perform at the event. With meticulous attention to detail, we tailored each visual to suit the unique style and genre of music showcased by every act.

Sams Club commemorated their 40th birthday with an unforgettable 80’s night extravaganza. The celebration featured iconic performances by Wang Chung, Salt n Pepa, and Billy Idol, delivering classic hits that took everyone on a nostalgic musical journey.
